This policy explains what information the mobile game The Ruffies
(package com.MrCing.TheRuffies) handles, and why. It is written to be
read, not to be survived.
The Ruffies is developed and published by Jai Vardhan Singh (trading as Mr Cing). For any question about this policy or about your data, contact: mrcingstudio@gmail.com.
None that identifies you. The Ruffies has no user accounts, no sign-in, no profile and no contact form. It does not read your contacts, photos, videos, files, microphone, camera, or location. It does not request permission to do any of those things.
Your progress — which levels you have finished, how many stars you earned, your gems and crystals, which characters you own, and your settings — is stored only on your own device. It is never uploaded. If you uninstall the game, it is gone.
The game uses two Google services. Each handles some data under its own privacy policy.
The game shows advertisements, including optional ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device-level information such as a device identifier, coarse device and network details, and whether an ad was seen or tapped, in order to deliver and measure the ad.
Because this game's audience includes children, the game sets the following before the very first ad is requested:
The app does not declare the AD_ID permission.
Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy
The game offers optional in-app purchases of crystal packs. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. Payment details are entered into Google's own checkout — the game never sees, receives, or stores your card number or payment information. Google provides the game only with confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so the crystals can be granted.
For transparency, the game keeps a small local count of how many times each ad placement was requested, shown, or tapped. This is used to understand which parts of the game show ads. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The Ruffies is suitable for, and directed to, a general audience that includes children. We take that seriously:
This is intended to be consistent with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy, and Article 8 of the GDPR. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete anything we hold.
We operate no servers and hold no database of users. Data in transit to Google's services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Retention of the data Google processes is governed by Google's own policies.
The game is available worldwide. Where data is processed by Google, it may be processed in countries other than your own, under Google's safeguards.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
